Here is a letter from David Tate

A jackass invoked my name and I am summoned yet again into the abyss of social media. Using my name will get you nothing but the Truth. SO LISTEN UP, ALL YE TROUBLESOME CHILDREN!

The women of WAU have been nothing but a blessing to me for over three decades of Sisterly care and companionship. The same can be said for Gary Yarbrough’s wife over the past couple years. And, it can also be said for a long list of Kindred, movements, old guard leaders.

I would remind you my Aryan Kindred that we are Family. But, I must remember that families have squabbles. It is expected. But good solid families forgive and forget. Good families let wounds heal. Good families let live. And then I am reminded why I hate the movement, because it’s a dead corpse with a rotten stink that keeps getting in my nose.

Some meddling slanderers have harvested some old laundry from the movement corpse and are passing it around again like what they are doing is important. NO, YOU DIRTY LITTLE URCHINS, THAT’S GARBAGE. PUT IT IN THE TRASH AND GO TAKE A SHOWER.

The two closest Bruders of the Order who knew each other longest were Gary Yarbrough and myself. We worked together in the printshop at the old original Aryan Nations, helped organize movement functions, hung out together, our people were close. Even after our fall to prison we stayed in touch through my Mom who Gary loved like an older sister. We followed each other’s lives in prison from afar, worried for each other, prayed for each other.

So, knowing what I do, let me clarify some things for the troublemakers among us.

Gary became a target of the BOP when he refused to perjure himself for federal agents and prosecutors. Not just in the early years when they tried to get him to lie against Pastor Robert Miles, but on several occasions when they asked him to falsely testify against the Aryan Brotherhood, a gang he had been involved with in his youth in AZ, but refused to join in federal prison. For refusing to perjure himself Gary was confined to the hole on multiple occasions. Then with the help of a friend he filed a legal suit when he was assaulted by prison staff for refusing to cell with a black, something against BOP policy (it is common penal logic to never cell racists or gang members with opposites, the suit fell through without outside support). Shortly after that and a later attempt to get him to lie against the AB the feds slammed Gary in Florence. The fed’s “excuse” was Gary’s essay trying to bridge the Christian and Pagan schism, an article which wasn’t censorable by law or policy. Gary deeply loved our Folk and wanted us to get along.

I’ve served long stretches in the hole. Most of my first decade in prison was served in solitary confinement as prison staff retaliated against me for not getting the death penalty as a cop killer (like life without parole was better). I can not truly explain to anyone who’s never served time what prison is like, much less what it’s like to spend years in the hole, so you’ll take my word for it when I say that it’s an emotional rollercoaster ride that can never be imagined. You go through mood swings, mentally lash out even at friends, say stupid things in letters, make exaggerated responses to any provocation. It’s an emotional nightmare, and Gary was buried in the worst federal hellhole ever devised by the evil dirt bags who run AmeriKa’s prisons. By their own policies he didn’t qualify to be there. Certainly not over a made up censorship issue.

Gary was nearing parole when he was slammed into solitary in the Florence ADMAX (2007?). As I understand it, a prisoner in ADMAX cannot be paroled, only released at the end of his sentence. He has to first be sent to lower security. The move to Florence was ordered by an anonymous figure in D.C. in order to keep Gary in prison.

Prison staff told Gary that because he was making posts and publishing articles on movement websites any parole would be denied. It didn’t matter that he wasn’t making any posts, or that people were publishing old stuff, they continued to show him printouts from various sites and punish him for them. As a result he and his wife asked everyone to scrub his name and writings from their websites. It set off a shitstorm of general movement nonsense. Gary snapped and broke ties with some people he loved and respected as a result, including our Sisters at WAU. This was NOT something he was proud of.

Gary’s health began waning as prison staff began to refuse him medical care. He was already in constant pain because of severe arthritis which was beginning to fuse the joints in some of his fingers. Many know the volume of mail he wrote, it was torture. He often told people that he was okay to spare them worry, but we who were close to him knew the truth. Top this off with the emotional upheavals of solitary confinement and Gary snapped out at some people he cared deeply for over the various disputes. I’ve read his final thoughts on this. He deeply regretted it, and was only hoping to get people to take his request seriously.

Over his final years Gary developed a blood disorder common to people of Irish descent where iron builds up in the blood to toxic levels. Without regularly filtering the blood it leads to a myriad of health issues, organ failure and death. The federal dogs at Florence intentionally and maliciously murdered Gary by refusing to give him the necessary medical care his health issues required. He was murdered through prolonged physical and mental torture.

Gary hated division among the Folk. He knew as we all should that we can never win the Struggle and secure a future for our Race divided as we are.

When you involve yourself in movement disputes, gossip and slander, you devalue not only the sacrifice of Gary and my Bruders, but you devalue the gifts and work of everyone who’s ever sacrificed for Our Cause. SHAME ON YOU.
